Miller’s Do it Best is a  Locally Owned Spokane Hardware Store participating in the LightRecycle Washington program. Simply drop your unwanted mercury-containing lights off at no charge during regular business hours. Miller’s Hardware will safely manage the lights until they are ready to be transported to an authorized Processor for recycling. You can drop off up to 10 florescent light bulbs a day.
