The Waste & Recycle Directory is an initiative of the Spokane River Forum with support from Spokane and Kootenai Counties, Spokane Regional Health District, Spokane Aquifer Joint Board, City of Spokane, and the Washington Department of Ecology. With listings for more than 400 providers throughout the region, the Directory helps businesses and residents find local services for disposal and recycling of all kinds of waste. The Directory also provides information to understand the impacts of different types of waste and why proper disposal is vital for protecting the Spokane River System.
The objective is to inspire individual and collective stewardship of our water resources by making it easy to find the right disposal and recycling solutions for every type of material. From hazardous waste to everyday recyclables, we provide accurate, up to date information to help you put waste in the right place.
